DAVID SLADE
LOGAN & SONS
‘Binge watchers’ know director david slade from the credits of Breaking Bad, Hannibal, and NBC’s Awake. His 2005 debut film, Hard Candy, starring Ellen Page and Patrick Wilson, won legendary cult status. David followed the sinister indie film, which was bought by Lionsgate at Sundance, with vampire movie, 30 Days of Night (2007), a dark adaptation of the comic series; and in 2010, he directed The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. Coming from a fine arts background, David is known for his commercials (Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, and a Cannes Silver Lion-winning spot for The MTV Exit Foundation) and music videos (Aphex Twin, Tori Amos, Muse, Stone Temple Pilots). His work easily slides the octaves between reality, terror, glamour and fantasy.
